Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Our high-quality furnished apartment extends over a generous 75 m² which are divided into 3 rooms (living, sleeping and guest rooms) as well as kitchen and bathroom. You can easily access it via the separate house entrance. The outdoor area of the apartment includes a large covered terrace, a lawn and an idyllic garden pond with a jetty.
