A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

You have the well-known Hovs halls, Torekov with the morning jetty and Båstad with tennis nearby. Several golf courses are within a short radius.

There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed, two extra sleeping places.
