This is a house in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Benalmádena: "Royal Residencial Golf" The house is 240m² and set over 3 floors. It also has 2 parking spaces, high speed WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen and a communal swimming pool close to the beach!

En la planta baja tenemos el salón, la cocina abierta, un aseo, el porche y el jardín. La puerta del jardín da a un parque y a la piscina comunitaria que compartimos con doce vecinos. En la planta primera tenemos dos habitaciones dobles que comparten un baño completo. Y la habitación principal con vestidor y su baño en suite, con ducha y bañera. En el antiguo garaje hemos hecho un salón loft. Tiene televisión y un gran sofá que se convierte en una cama doble, pero es lo que es, leer bien
