Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. 3 minutes walk to downtown Benalmadena with all the bars, restaurants, shops. 15-minute walk - 5-minute drive to the beach. It is completely renovated with all services such as wifi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Very modern decor with a sofa bed. The building has a 24-hour reception with a doorman. It has a swimming pool and community parking and a small pool (open from June 1) for children and a small bar next door.
