Beautiful one bedroom 40m2 apartment & a 60m2 terrace with ocean views and sun all day. It faces west. It's on the ground floor. It is great for a couple. It is very cozy. The building has 60 apartments. The pool is seasonal and cozy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walking from the promenade and Santa Ana beach and the park and bus stops.
