Quiet designer loft in Nussdorf in the middle of the forest

The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

A well-maintained garden is featured, showcasing a lush green lawn surrounded by neatly trimmed hedges and various shrubs. Great for dogs!! Compact studio apartment but with a large private terrace and access to the main garden. On the side of our holiday house we have a delightful small private apartment with two entrances and full sun. The area is great for hiking, biking and as a base. Dual car parking and space for keeping skis or bikes under shelter. It's ideal for two people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Direct train to Munich. We offer a good discount for longer stays.
