The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Our charming apartment accommodates up to four guests across two thoughtfully designed floors. On the first level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a cozy sofa, coffee table & flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a dining space. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet & hairdryer, and there is a convenient wardrobe area. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and a separate room offers two single beds.
