Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can walk to the old town of Salzburg within 10 minutes. A bus stop is 100 m away. The apartment is 35 sqm and is generously divided. Our special Matador Lodges are located near Lake Chiemsee. In addition to four exclusive apartments in the villa, the lodge offers four individually furnished tiny houses as well as a spa cube with sauna in the surrounding 7,000 square meter grounds. From the pond and garden house to the tree house at a height of five meters, all tiny houses are grouped around the natural pond in the park and the main house.

Our Urban Gallery rooms are ideal for 3 guests- with a double bed and sofa bed provided. The rooms all have a balcony with seating and a table so you can enjoy your morning coffee outside. We have all the necessary amenities: air-conditioning, black-out curtains, Venetian blinds, WiFi, smart TV, an open bathroom with an extra-large washbasin, and a separate WC.
