Welcome to the breathtakingly beautiful, world-famous Chiemgau region,  Close to Lake Chiemsee in the Alps – near Reit im Winkel and Austria’s ski resorts, between the Hochplatte and Hochgern mountains, where the ‘Tiroler Achen’ flows towards Lake Chiemsee – lies the beautiful climatic health resort of Marquartstein. Above the beautiful mountaineering village of Ramsau, on the Alpine road, is our small, fine and cozy apartment with a kitchen, bedroom + shower/toilet. The apartment is newly renovated, partly newly furnished (e.g. kitchenette). Large south-facing balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Ramsau mountains. Hiking opportunities directly from the house. We are happy to provide tips. Important: Tourist tax €3.10/pers. + overnight stay (children, 7-16 years: €1.55) must be paid extra on site.

Der 700m2 große Garten lädt zum Verweilen und in lauen Sommernächten zu Grillabenden ein. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.
