Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offerings are partly within walking distance or quickly accessible by car. Climbing forest K1 is within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

Large bright apartment quiet right by the forest, for 2 persons (double bed), 1 - 2 children can additionally sleep on the couch in the living room. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.
