The garden and 2 balconies invite you to relax – with a gas grill, a porch swing and a hammock chair. The perfect combination of proximity to the city, tranquility and plenty of space – ideal for exploring Cologne and then coming home relaxed.

Over 400 m² of living space, we offer exceptional rooms for rent, almost all of which command a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese tea house invites you to while away the time here, and a barbecue area is also available for use. We offer a master bedroom with a balcony, including Guest rooms for three guests. Both the fireplace room and the patio room are designed to accommodate four people each. All rooms are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. We are delighted that you have visited us.

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.
