Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Due to the complete core renovation in 2022, the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the living area (+ new sofa bed). Next to it is the large bedroom, in which there is a double bed + single bed. The hallway leads to the large kitchen area, the single room, as well as the large modern bathroom. Our accommodation is very quiet on a small stream at the edge of the forest. 20 meters away is a wonderful cross-country ski trail. A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting about everyday life. For motorcycles or bicycles, you are welcome to use the garage. Another person can come on request.
