Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bogenhausen

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We were in Munich due to a trade fair visit and were therefore looking for a place with which we could easily commute by public transport. There were four of us and everyone had their space. We would choose the place again.

Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

The cottage was very very clean and very well appointed.

Mark, the son, was ready to answer to any questions and Mark and Barbara were were best that I have ever experienced among airbnb hosts. The place was perfected located in safe, clean neighborhood, very near from the subway station, only 3 minutes walk from the exit. The house is so clean and dirtless. We had enough towels, and many kinds of toiletry. Super kind, perfectly prepared house for guests! We had a great time and we will definetely visit again when we are given a chance to be Munich again!!Thank you for everything! Going back to Korea with good memories in Munchen with Robert and Barbara, and the puppy, Peanut : ) !

Very nice stay! The house was clean, well equipped and as described. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The owners are helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Very helpful and attentive host to guests' needs. She speaks Italian very well. He also accompanied us to park the car for free in the area, and also showed us various places for dinner, breakfast, etc. It makes you feel at home.

What can I say?! It was a wonderful experience. Martin's house is the ideal place to get away from the daily hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in a different dimension, where time passes slowly and every day takes on a special value. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary utensils and appliances, allowing you to prepare any dish you want with ease. The host, Martin was impeccable, very kind and helpful.

Monika is an excellent host. She is super kind and prepared our accommodation to be warm and cosy for when we arrived. The place is spacious, very pretty and relaxing. Excellent when traveling for business and want an alternative stay. There’s a station near by and also an amazing bakery/coffee shop to pick up all the goodies! Thank you Monika

Very large, spacious apartment with everything you need (and even more).

We had rented both apartments. Both flats are as pictured. One is renovated and the other is more rustic and would have to be renewed. Unfortunately, it also smells a little in the older apartment. Both apartments were clean and well appointed. We would recommend the newer apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for a week. Very comfortable, in a quiet area and convenient to all amenities. The train station can be reached in a few minutes by foot and in twenty minutes you can reach the center of Monaco. Public transportation is very efficient and we never had to use the car for travel. The king-size bed was very appreciated by my children. I highly recommend it.

A cozy apartment furnished with love and taste, also very suitable for an individual. As a student at the Academy in Kolbermoor, I was only in the evening and at night there, everything was quiet for the necessary relaxation. A few minutes' drive to Kolbermoor perfect. I'd love to come back again.

The house is very nice, big and modern. We felt very comfortable. What you should know is the room upstairs is open. The room downstairs has a large glass door that also doesn't really close, large columns on the right and left of the door. So if someone snores upstairs you can hear it downstairs, especially if you hear as well as I do and is sensitive. Thus, the 2 rooms only brought us something to a limited extent. Otherwise, everything is great!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

This home is absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful decor, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. Everything was perfectly prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended — I would come back in a heartbeat!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.
