Our apartment is conveniently located in southern Upper Bavaria in the district of Miesbach on an organic farm. The region has a lot to offer: mountains and numerous lakes, wonderful nature, but also architecturally interesting cities and buildings. All this is waiting for your outdoor adventures, discoveries and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetland ponies also appreciate a visit.

The tower palace at an airy height, directly under the roof of the tower, fascinates with incomparable views in all directions and also opens up the view of the "Bavarian sky" via the large roof glazing. With an open fireplace in the dining area and on the patio, tiled stove, dreamlike living gallery and luxurious bathroom with whirlpool tub, this apartment is one of the top class. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.
