Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

In our cozy apartment (35 m²) on the first floor there is plenty of space for two, but also a family with 1-2 children will find enough space. The bedroom has a double bed and space for a crib. The kitchen-living room includes in particular a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., a very cozy couch that can also serve as a sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV.
