The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Die Wohnung erreichen Sie über eine Außentreppe mit separatem Eingang, sodass Sie ganz ungestört sind. Das Haus wurde vor einem Jahr komplett modernisiert, und der untere Teil des Hauses ist dauerhaft vermietet. Unsere freundlichen Mieter mit Kindern kümmern sich um die Vermietung, und wir selbst haben auch Kinder. Der Garten des Hauses ist noch im Entstehen. In der Unterkunft selber ist alles vorhanden. Aber sicher kann es immer mal sein, dass etwas noch fehlt. Immer gerne auf uns zukommen.

Das Eichenhaus mit eigenem großen Garten liegt in dem idyllischen Dorf Güldenstein mit weitem Blick über die umliegenden Felder. Es gibt zwei DZ mit Duschbad en-suite, ein weiteres DZ teilt sich das Bad mit einem EZ. Das WZ verfügt über einen wunderschönen Kaminofen und geht in einen offenen Ess- und Küchenbereich über. Im EG befindet sich zudem ein Gäste-WC. Die Terrasse lädt zum Genuss der Natur ein.

Highlights sind definitiv die hochwertige Küche und der schöne Wohn-/Essbereich. Hier lassen sich Abende in entspannter Atmosphäre verbringen.Der obere Bereich ist zum Spielen und Ausruhen gedacht. Die sonnige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der große Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
