All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Very good connection to the fair, to Düsseldorf and Essen. By car, it is 10 minutes from Düsseldorf Airport, 15 minutes from Messe Düsseldorf and 20 minutes from Messe Essen. Shopping, restaurants are nearby.

Ruhig, grün und zentral wohnen im Zechenhaus

Erlebe Ruhrgebietsflair in einem "Zechenhaus". Es wurde 1912 erbaut und liebevoll renoviert. Alte Elemente, wie Dielenboden und Kassettentüren sind noch vorhanden und bieten herrlichen Altbaucharme. Andere Elemente, wie das Dach und die Fenster wurden saniert, die Wände gedämmt. Ich habe dieses Haus 2020 gekauft und bin selber im Haus nebenan groß geworden. Beruflich bin ich für 2 Jahre mit meiner kleinen Familie in Berlin und biete das Haus daher zur Vermietung an.

Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Dear Guest!!! This Finnhütte is classic split. The living area with small kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor. In the very sloping attic there is a bed(90× 200m) that can be reached by stairs. Stairs is relatively steep ( Finnhütte just ). A seating area is available outside in front of the hut. Electric heating is available. We will provide you with bed linen and a towel for your stay. Important!!! No internet available
