Time out in the old country

This approximately 40-square-metre flat is located in Buxtehude-Neuland, right on the edge of the Altes Land area. Bicycle trips through the old country or a stroll through the Buxtehuder old town, which is about 1.3 km away, are possible from here at any time. Hamburg can be easily reached by S-Bahn, which is about 3 km from the apartment. From Finkenwerder, you can easily cross to the Landungsbrücken with the HVV ferry, and it is about 12 km to Finkenwerder. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 1.5 km.

Jürgensallee – 2nd floor

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The perfect location is just 1.3 km from the Neukloster S-Bahn station. From there it is only 40 minutes to the jetties! The car can be parked free of charge right outside the door.

Old School Buxtehude Daensen

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.
