Sarah’s place was amazing! It was within walking distance to the beach. Able to do the walk with ease multiple times a day. The beach items she had were very helpful for days at the beach. It’s also within walking distance to the Main Street area with lots of restaurants, shops and an awesome brewery. An even shorter walk to Bert’s! The home had ample space where you felt free to move around. The screened in porch was a great bonus!

This was exactly what my family needed for our trip to be perfect. The house was far enough from center street to be quiet and peaceful, but so close to the beach so that the kids could easily walk. The back deck was a great afternoon reading spot and the hot tub was the perfect way to end an evening after getting the little ones to bed. My husband even made use of the surf boards (or at least tried to!). We will definitely look to book this stay for our yearly trip in 2026!

Had a great stay and Christy’s place was everything we expected and more! I would stay at the Smile House or any Christy’s other properties again in the future!

Very nice location. Easy to get into Charleston and surrounding islands. Wild olive is a wonderful restaurant. Place was clean and bright, very nice.

We were very pleased with this stay! The hosts were friendly and informative, the home was exceptionally clean (one of the cleanest Airbnb locations I’ve stayed in), and the location was beautiful and had easy access to the beach. We’ve unfortunately had some places that were not true to the description or photos, but not the case here at all. The photos were very accurate, and actually, some of the furniture had been upgraded to better or larger pieces since the listing photos were taken. The kitchen has all the essentials and some extra appliances you might want. If you plan to do a lot of cooking though, you’ll likely want to bring a few of your most used items. We had a rainy day or two while we were there and appreciated that there were some games and puzzles provided. We were there for the holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find a small lighted tree. Those kinds of small touches made this such a lovely stay! We would definitely book again if we return to Folly Beach.

This spot is absolutely perfect. We wanted a quiet getaway for a holiday weekend and were very pleased. The place feels like a cabin meets a hotel room (but dog friendly!). It’s quaint with a large bed and nice bathroom, small kitchenette (stovetop but no oven). Walkable to the Dunlin and only a short drive to Freshfields Village and Kiawah. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was like a home away from home…our host John is the best host we’ve had yet!! Quick reply’s very friendly and helpful…the home was equipped with everything you need with the sweetest final Touches …the pool and hottub were soo relaxing …such a peaceful setting inside and out i would recommend this home over and over and any home hosted by John…thankyou for everything John!!

This is a lovely spot for a couple or small friend group to use while visiting the Charleston area. My wife and I vacationed in Charleston and this Airbnb duplex was perfect. It’s a little out of the way, but super quiet and Fairly private. The host did a great job staging the home. Very comfortable, stocked with everything you need. Would definitely use this spot again if traveling in the area and will recommend. Thank you.

This is a perfect Folly cottage in a perfect location - couldn’t ask for more. It is peaceful and secluded especially on the back screened in porch (perfect for coffee) yet just around the corner from Chico Feo and Bert’s and beach access. Really felt like I lucked out finding the Key Lime Lounge and will definitely plan to book again. The communication and instructions are great, accurate, and thorough so you have them ready for check-in. It’s cute, comfortable, and a perfect space for sharing time together while being close to all Folly has to offer!

We enjoyed a quick night trip for a Charleston wedding and this cute bungalow was the perfect spot for us to stay! A short Uber ride to Charleston each day made things stress-free. Robert was very accommodating and the house was clean and very comfortable! We definitely plan to visit again!
