It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne Kalk. Cosy apartment in an old half-timbered house, furnished with a great deal of care. Separate entrance, sunny terrace.. here only the birds "disturb". The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can sunbathe to your heart's content, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (£10 for additional costs), or end the day by the campfire!

With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).
