Apartment holiday rentals in Colorado River

The location was easy to find and extremely convenient. River tube floating rentals are right next door. The host allowed for an early check in, and the condo was just as described. Everything was very clean and spacious. One minor complaint - the tenants directly above our room were very noisy. Sounded like they stomped their steps and were awake late at night and into the early hours. However, all else was great and would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great! Well worth what we paid, very spacious, and so close to our family we were visiting. Erin was extremely responsive with answers to questions , and even offered a later check out time. Will definitely visit again!

This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host provided us everything we needed in our stay. Place was as picture and everything was close by to what we wanted. Great location. Will definitely stay again.

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

We had a fantastic weekend! The condo was very clean and had all we needed! My favorite part was that it was so nice and cold In the condo! I had a great night sleep…the pool was amazing along with the view of the deers out of the patio door.

Amazing place. Beautiful location, the apartment was beautifully decorated and modern. Had all the amenities. Very satisfied as far as the apartment and location is concerned but Just a bit far away from the city. It took us an hour each day to wherever we had to be. We recommend you check the google address and the time it will take you to go to places But if you are going just to relax and make the best out of the resort , there is everything you need in a most beautiful setup. The hosts were very good too. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

The house was fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries, making the stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time there and would highly recommend it!

First, the building itself is very nice with super courteous valet. The check in process was very easy as well. The unit was very clean and pretty much exactly like in the photos (if anything, it’s nicer in person). I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Between they gorgeous sunset views from the lake to the friendly island deer that greet you when you enter and exit, this place was truly amazing. There were 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 2 working hot tubs/jacuzzi tubs, men's and women's sauna, and lots of places to walk about. We ate at a local resurant on the lake called The Oasis which I would also recommend. 45 minutes to and hour from downtown Austin but the drive is peaceful and scenic!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so easy to get anywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and really cute! Definitely would stay again if we come back to Austin

We loved our stay here! We had plenty of room and loved the big shower in the master bedroom.

Traci’s place was fantastic! We stayed for my son‘s Air Force BMT graduation and there were six of us. There was plenty of space and even the couch was comfortable for two teen girls. The house was clean and very welcoming. It was just as described online and worth what we paid! It was close to many restaurants both chain and local spots, shopping, activities and the base was all within a 15 minute drive. The traffic wasn’t horrible, but thank goodness for GPS. 😂Having a place to come back to that feels like home in many ways made it much more pleasant. There were plenty of amenities but I would recommend bringing larger bottles of toiletries unless you want to run back out to get them after to arrive. We felt safe in the neighborhood as it was a gated community and had no issues. Thank you so much Traci for your wonderful casa and if we ever find ourselves in need of a place in San Antonio again, we hope you’ll be available. 5⭐️

We had a great stay here. The area was by the river so was easy to walk down and enjoy some beautiful surroundings. It was a quick drive downtown or to Gruene and right next to a lovely park. Nice and clean space.

We had a terrific stay. I was there for a work conference and brought a colleague and my family (we actually booked 2 units in the same building to achieve this). The check in process was a bit hectic, but that had more to do with the fact that I had a crying baby and a toddler with an ear infection to contend with. 😅 But as a fair warning to anyone else in a similar situation to me, check in was slower than ideal because there were a bunch of people arriving at the same time and only one person at the front desk who was able to help. The unit itself was lovely and it was great having access to a kitchen and a gym while away from home. Jason, the host, was extremely responsive. The value was amazing! I was able to book four bedrooms total for less than what it would cost for a hotel room downtown, and it was a short uber to get there when I had to. Overall I would definitely stay there again!
