We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We were walking distance to different locations and amenities. Would stay here again!

Perfect little getaway!!! Loved it!

This is a very unique place that's a minute walk to a local brewery and only a 5 min drive to the convention center and Alamo dome. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Beautiful home, clean, convenient, location was close to everything we were visiting. Host was friendly and responsive. Loved that they provided an air fryer, that is my go to for cooking! Definitely a plus for us.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria loft! Ryan was a very responsive host and provided very clear instructions on how to enter the unit as well as simple check out instructions. The loft was in a great location and walkable to almost everywhere we went while in Austin!

Cassell’s place was beautiful and much bigger than I was expecting. The location was perfect. I stayed on a Saturday night and there was a live singer next door, which did not bother me. Fredericksburg is not a late night town. Being right on Main Street was so much fun. The main window overlooked the street, which made me feel like I was in a big city without the big city chaos. I would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to all downtown Austin has to offer! Stayed here for a convention, and enjoyed being able to have our team together!

Great place centrally located

The apartment has a great floor plan and is very nicely decorated. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen is well-stocked. We felt right at home here and would stay again. There are nearby restaurants within walking distance but a car or car service is a must to get to other parts of town

Place was amazing right in the middle of Downtown Waxahachie. If your interested in meat church it’s literally down the street

Fun tree house with a huge garden and interesting spots to explore. We wanted something that felt “out of town” ish and like an ashram—found it here. My only suggestion is put in a stove or a new microwave! Otherwise it was great. I especially loved the separate sink and toilets in one bathroom. Thank you!

The Ivy’s LOVED their stay at The Ivy!! In town for the livestock show, we were able to walk and be in the barn with our cattle in 8 minutes. The host was extremely responsive to messages. The place is well thought out, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed as far as amenities, and then some. We felt completely safe staying there and walking the distance to the Freeman Coliseum, even if we had littles in strollers. In the spirit of full transparency for someone reading this review, it was not a deterrent for us, but there is a dance or workout studio a few doors down that we could hear, but the light noise level generally died down around 10-10:30 pm. I did hear a train whistle once or twice, too, but it was never annoying or something that would keep you awake. We will definitely be back!! So thankful to have found Demitri!

Excellent location and exactly as described in the listing.

The Loft was absolutely beautiful as were the surroundings. It was away from big roads so it was peaceful and quiet. There were cows and horses on the property but they didn't bother us one bit and there was no smell from the animals as the property was kept very nice and clean. There was plenty of room in the loft to stretch out and really feel comfortable. The beds were comfy, the living area was homey and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Not just the bare necessities like other Air BNB s. As others have stated the shower was amazing, way better than our own. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We were absolutely pleased with our stay at the Loft, 10 out of 10 we would book again.

Three Bears is a fabulous loft. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It was the perfect weekend getaway and Blake and Dawn made it SO easy for us to check in late and do all of our baking for the college graduation the next day. They were very helpful and responsive with our last minute booking. Already planning another girls trip for my Mom and her sisters so they can enjoy Three Bears as much as we did!! Thank you, Blake and Dawn, for the perfect weekend!
