Villa with fantastic sea views. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, roof terrace (50 m²), kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, 23 x 12 m infinity pool (not heated because it is much too large, about 300 m³) with palm trees and waterfall, bridge, outdoor shower, BBQ, 4 terraces, garage, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, towels, ELECTRICITY and WATER are calculated according to consumption. Meter readings are billed via the utility app. ONLY consumption ABOVE normal will be charged.

Big plot with 32 m2 swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ and large artificial golf green, so you can play golf in the garden. The house sleeps up to max 4 adults and 2 kids with 3 bathrooms and one common kitchen/living room. It has several terraces in all directions providing sun or shade as you prefer. Outdoor parking on plot. Bars/restaurants just next doors. Shopping just minutes away by car.

This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. With a spacious patio to enjoy the the weather, connected to kitchen and living room to create amazing memories and experiences with your family and friends. The interior of this restored house is charming and welcoming. Guests can enjoy two bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each of them with bathroom. The location is at the heart of downtown a few meters from the beach.
