The comfortable casa is quiet and generously furnished. You have two showers and toilets, a large (living) kitchen, living room with air conditioning, bedroom with air conditioning and shaded terrace with lounge sofa. You share the new outdoor pool with terrace with other guests! Cartagena is within cycling distance, as is the beach of El Portús.

Auch dadurch, dass jedes Apartment eine private Terrasse, sowie einen privaten Ein- und Ausgang hat und sich maximal 10 Gäste zur selben Zeit auf dem Grundstück befinden.

On a 1,500 m2 plot of Chalet Roquetes on the edge of the beach and the sea, an apartment with a terrace and direct access to the beach and the sea, quiet, relaxing, watching the sunrise every day in front of the apartment and from the double bed, an exclusive place to enjoy. For 2 adults, no children, no pets, only 2 adults. We have private parking inside the plot, for vehicles less than 4 meters long, with prior reservation, the rate is 12 euros per day.

On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.
