Semi-detached villa with heated private pool, located in a very quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the center of Calpe and shops and 1.2km from the beach. It has three double bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds . It has two air conditioners located in the living room and in the dining room to cool the house and the third one in the parental bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower, the first is in the double bedroom and the second is very close to the other two bedrooms.

The cozy living area features a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor, with a comfortable gray sofa adorned with colorful cushions. A wooden table is set in front, complemented by round woven placemats. The warm decor includes visible wooden beams and a cheerful 'HOME' sign.

A cozy house to spend a vacation or a few relaxing days. Equipped with air conditioning (the living room and the 3 bedrooms), Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a BBQ. Located in the Altomar 1 development, a quiet area with a beautiful community pool and green areas to relax. On the terrace (porch) the sun greets you in the morning. From the large solarium you can enjoy beautiful ocean views. Down the hill is the beautiful Carabasí beach, 1.5 km away

Cozy and sunny duplex located just 300 meters from San Juan beach, with a pool open all year round and where you will enjoy a quiet and pleasant environment. It has 500mb WIFI, A/C and heating, dishwasher, coffee maker, work desk, 4k Smart TV, among other amenities, as well as all the necessary services within a 5-minute walk (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and green areas). A maximum of 4 adults + 1 child on the sofa/bed are accepted.

Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.

A spacious living room features large glass doors that offer panoramic views of the sea. Two comfortable chairs and a light-colored sofa are arranged around a glass coffee table, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. Decorative elements include flowers, a dark vase, and a television.

Our house is in the heart of the historic old town, a prime location built into the old city wall. We are close to the beach, terraces, and restaurants, and surrounded by the magic atmosphere of the old town. You’ll love my place because of the 100% attention to every detail, the view, and the luxury comfy beds. The house is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
