Everything new,newly renovated. It is located 17 MINUTES from Santa Barbara Castle and a 17' WALK from Postiguet Beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and all kinds of shops, 6 blocks from a large shopping center. It is very well connected with buses and Tram. Possibility of renting nearby parking.
