2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts or holidaymakers can now find their place to feel at home. The accommodation is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The beautiful 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house. We live in the house ourselves and love hosting. Your living space is accessible separately from ours, modern and lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Kall is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Eifel. From here, hikers and bikers have numerous opportunities in the Eifel National Park to discover fantastic tours. Parking is available at the house.

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.
