Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. RIU-RAU LABERINTO. Rural with a hot tub

Come and enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Las Rotas, a cozy house with ocean views

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay with an unbeatable view of the Mediterranean and Las Rotas marine reserve. It is a very quiet development of 9 apartments that is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Denia, Las Rotas. From the accommodation, you can enjoy the long promenade of Las Rotas, which runs along the coast and gives you access to several beaches and rocky coves with crystal-clear waters and ends at a sandy beach.

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Villa located on the edge of the Montgó de Dénia Natural Park. You can enjoy its heated pool, summer kitchen and garden in a very quiet environment away from prying eyes. Its interiors, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living-dining room, are distributed over an area of 120m². One of the rooms has independent access. Two terraces facing different directions will allow you to choose your favourite places for your meals.

A cozy wooden house located in nature

Beautiful wooden guest house with WiFi, inverter air conditioning, satellite TV, and wood stove. Cozy and in the middle of nature where you can enjoy tranquility and fresh air. Ideal for disconnecting, mountain routes, or along the river path. The main house where the owners live is located next to the guest house, on a fully fenced plot, although both houses have total independence and privacy.

Casona in the center of the village, with a very hospitable people and at 769 m altitude, located in the heart of the Alicante mountains is perfect for listening to the silence, having peace and tranquility for relaxation and at the same time in an hour you can be on the coast enjoying the beaches, tourism and hustle and bustle in places such as Benidorm, Altea, Denia or Calpe.

The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
