Excellent location, quiet, sunny, small maintained garden with furniture and barbecue. All shops nearby (bakery, restaurants, Carrefour supermarket, sailing school, surfing and longboarding).

The Studio

A converted Artist's Studio For Two People with private parking. A hidden gem in Dinan. It has been converted with imagination and flair by two brilliant artisans and me. We've had great fun. Situated down the road from the Chateau and across the road from Dinan's lovely Park. It has it's back to the road. When I rented my house before Covid. I was classed as Superhost by Airbnb. I try to ensure my guests are as comfortable as possible. All essentials provided. 5 nights minimum.
