The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location in Saint Malo, Intra Muros within walking distance, but unfamiliar location - quiet with tourist amenities such as restaurants, supermarket about 10 minutes walk. Swimming in the bay around the corner during the tour of the Solidor (not too far out!) possible. Not always parking in front of the door, but enough, e.g. at the sports harbor around the corner. Apartment small and nice, ideal for two. Stairs steep and quaint. Mattresses excellent. Benjamin was a great host, always reachable and very friendly.

The place is very beautiful and quiet. It's easy to access walks on the Rance, especially by bike. The drive to Dinan is just magical. The room is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The bedding is super comfortable. The accommodation gives access to a small terrace for an aperitif or breakfast in the sun. Séverine is a very considerate and kind host. Anyway, I highly recommend the place!

Great 3-day weekend to get some fresh air before the holidays! Cecile is super responsive and gave us some very nice recommendations. We will have to come back because the rental is great and its location is ideal for walking.

As all the reviews mention, this is a fantastic place to stay. Tim is super helpful, the house is absolutely gorgeous and Dinan is beautiful. We particularly loved having our meals in the courtyard. Our dog loved the public gardens and the walks along the river. We recommend without hesitation and would love to return.

We had a great week at this place! We really enjoyed its geographical location ideally located between Cancale and Mont-Saint-Michel, and with the many tips given on arrival we were able to do everything we wanted in the best conditions. The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped including for children (high chair and baby bed in good condition), quiet at the bottom of a small street and easily accessible on foot to reach a seafront walk. The only two small flaws we can give (and which are very minimal) are already given in other reviews: a strong smell in the toilets which are difficult to ventilate, and the absence of a dishwasher. But neither had an impact on the overall quality of the home and our appreciation of the week. We're even thinking of going back if we go back on vacation in this area. Thanks again!

We had a nice stay at My Chau's. The accommodation is well located, well-equipped and full of practical touches. My Chau is very clear in her descriptions. Everything is great, except maybe the floor upstairs, very noisy at every step. Apart from this detail, a home with no false rating. Thank you My Chau

We had a great weekend. The house was spacious and very well furnished. Claude was welcoming and cheerful. I recommend if you recommend this place if you want to be quiet and take time to enjoy the surroundings!

Brigit and Phillippe welcomed us personally and showed us around. In addition, we got tips for local activities. The location is beautifully decorated, preserving the character of the original property with all the comforts of modern facilities. This location is definitely worth a visit!

We spent 3 nights at Armelle's place which was very welcoming. The place was very clean and comfortable for two. Armelle advised us for our short stay, walks, restaurants, amenities... Anyway, great stay in St Malo!

We had a pleasant stay at this small townhouse very well located and full of charm that makes it very easy to discover Dinard. The accommodation is carefully decorated and very well-equipped, we lack nothing! The little touches upon arrival were adorable again thank you. We'll be back for sure 😊

A lovely apartment in a great location with stunning sea views, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, we highly recommend a visit.

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

Anne's apartment is a rare find, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there is everything you need next door and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect! We had a wonderful week and will return to this apartment without hesitation if we come back to the area. Thank you so much for your kindness Anne.
