The studio is a small building, one room 12 metres square, and a separate shower, 120cm square, and WC with basin. The price is low because its small, but there is everything you need. Its comfortable, warm and well insulated. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. There is limited wifi access on the balcony, but no signal inside. It is only available Sat to Sat during the school holidays. For stays of 5 nights or more linen and towels are provided, otherwise it can be hired.

This small, very comfortable chalet according to guests is 600m from the village center and 300m from the free shuttle to the ski slopes in 10 min (2.5 km). It has green space and private parking. You can also admire the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguilles de Warrens and the Aravis Mountains. Inside the chalet is arranged in a "loft" atmosphere with the sleeping area open to living room. Close to everything (ski resorts, Mountain Store/Quechua, swimming and recreational lake, walks, Thermes de Saint-Gervais, Mont Blanc Tramway...) it is ideal for exploring the Mont Blanc region.
