The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Recently renovated 50 m² loft apartment in a well-connected suburb of Neuss. The A57 and A46 motorways can be reached in just a few minutes. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & airport (approx. 40 mins), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental Business Park 1 km away. The entire flat was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.
