Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Durham

It’s my third time staying with this host leather property in them. They’re awesome.!

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Great host and location! Hope to be back again soon.

We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

We were in Durham for a wedding and Kim's place was the perfect place to stay: comfortable, quiet at night, and extremely well appointed: we were impressed by how she had thought of everything that we might need. The location was also very convenient, to downtown, to Duke, and to eateries. We would stay there again!

We stayed for 9 nights while waiting for our house closing. We were very comfortable, the home is clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. I highly recommended BryceLynne's rental.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Chelston's home! Not only was it a fantastic location, but also he was one of the most kind and responsive hosts we've ever had. The home itself was a wonderful balance of homey, comfortable, and luxurious. The kitchen was a dream (better equipped than any other rental I've ever stayed in) if you plan to do some cooking (as we did); the towels and beds were lovely; and there were just so many small touches throughout that made it a welcoming place to be. We're already hoping to return to Carrboro and will absolutely stay here again if possible. Highly recommend.

Very clean and walkable to downtown. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Loved the deck and fenced in backyard for our older dog.

Allison's Cozy 2BR/2Bath home turned out perfect for the long weekend! The location made it easy to attend the wedding venues located downtown Raleigh, and easy to get to small surrounding towns! The house's floor plan, full-sized rooms, and amenities (soaps, cooking essentials, washer/dryer, TVs, etc.) made it comfortable to share lodging, yet offering space. The house felt clean, fresh, and well-kept. Allison was responsive, even when she was on her vacation! Thanks Allison!

Great home in Raleigh; close to downtown and easy to get to! Quiet street and friendly neighbors! Nice area to walk around and the outside deck was enjoyable! Just as pictured and clean! We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Britany's place is a Tarheel dream. Close and walkable to campus and to the local bars and restaurants on Franklin St. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.

We had a great visit at Kelly's place. We were in town for a family wedding in Cary. Pros - super easy lock getting in/out, Kelly was very responsive when we had questions, the beds were super comfortable, there weren't a ton of chores to do before we left town, and everything about the stay was super easy. Cons - it is a small space, I'm not sure I realized quite how small, particularly the kitchen. Once we ordered a few groceries, there wasn't really anywhere to put them, so the counters got a bit crowded. But it wasn't a big deal, we were only in town a few days. Would've been harder for a longer stay that required a lot more cooking!
