Directly behind the property, the designated hiking and mountain bike tours into the Harz Natural Park begin. The swimming pool and spa park are within walking distance. The neighboring road ends shortly behind the property at the forest.

There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.
