Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

This beautiful modern apartment, renovated with natural stone floors and lime plaster, in the former glass studio Rautschke, is beautifully located on the outskirts of the village. In the light-flooded living area with a very nice view of the valley, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The entire apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible.
