Michael's house is very nicely decorated. There was nothing missing, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was picobello clean and new. For six people an optimal property and not far from Cologne or Düsseldorf. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much.

Only thing that I can say it was a perfect stay, big thanks to Andrea and Thomas for their hospitality!

Comfortable, well-equipped house on a hill. Good kitchen. Everything you need is available. Bedrooms with a view over the valley. A good place for sight-seeing.

A very nice, large house where many people have space. We were invited close to the wedding, it was a perfect fit for our needs. The terrace is cozy, the dining table huge, so with 9 people we adapted more than well. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We highly recommend the house.

Everything was a wonderful fit, communication was straightforward and the apartment very clean.

We stayed at Michael's place for an extended weekend with our three children. If you've always wanted to sleep in a daycare center, you have the chance here. Our children immediately felt comfortable and started playing right away. The accommodation is well maintained and clean. The contact with Michael is super nice and straightforward. First of all, I was very satisfied with the terrace in this accommodation! And Ronald was so kind and recommended things to do nearby. If you are coming to Cologne, this is the place for you.

I have stayed in almost 200 AirBnB's and this was my most enjoyable to date. I stayed for a month and did not want to leave. The apartment is as clean and fresh and bright as it appears in the photo's. All the appliances and plumbing were in great working order. The mini-fridge was big. (Not hotel sized). Just a truly delightful experience. Truly an amazing stay and an amazing city and countryside. I look forward to coming back.

In short: A feel-good oasis...totally quiet, everything that is important, well connected...nice contact... I can only recommend it!

we spend a week with our 3 Kids at the flat. İt was huge enough so everyone had they're privacy. beds and bathtoom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. (Thanks for all the coffee by the way). İt has a large terrace wich is a fun when you have the sun. The flat is near the road but it was very very quit.We had an electric car and could use the wall box to charge it for a fair price which was a big advantage for us. We got always very quick response from Emil when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Emils flat and be glad to stay again.

This was by far the best experience I've had on any place on the system. highly recommended.

This was the perfect place for our little family for a few nights, it was close to public transport & had some really sweet parks nearby. We were able to check in early as we’d arrived in Essen before the check in time and had all of our luggage, and when we got into the apartment there was pesto sauce and pasta waiting for us. This was a really nice touch, especially because we arrived on a Sunday and most of the nearby shops were closed & it gave us an easy meal for that evening.

The apartment is true to the photos and description: very beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace. It is also very well located. Stefano was attentive and very responsive throughout the stay. A great experience, highly recommend!

The softest bed linen and most comfortable bed to alleviate days spent traipsing around a trade fair. The quiet location helped too.
