The cozy two-room apartment has one bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom, there are 2 super comfortable box spring beds, each 2 m x 1.40 m. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher is super practical next to the dining area. You can also access the balcony from the living area. You look out into the countryside. The living area is comfortably furnished with two more pull-out recliners (1 m x 2.0 m lying surface with spring core - just like beds!). The washing machine is in the kitchen.

Especially if you are coming to the fair, you will be pleased with the uncomplicated procedure and good facilities. Philharmonie stop (Messe Essen) is a 5-minute walk away! There is a bedroom with a large bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Good for 2-3 people.

Our idyllically located apartment with separate entrance is newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. The apartment has a bathroom, a separate kitchenette and a living area as well as a terrace – ideal for two, optionally for four people. Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.
