This house will welcome you in the quiet of a small subdivision. The entrance opens to a staircase leading to a spacious room with an open kitchen and cozy seating area, bathroom with an Italian shower, then 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 x 190 cm bed and one with a 180 X 190 cm bed that can be separated on request into 2 beds 90 x 190 cm. A grill raclette machine will be at your disposal. Just so you know, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Our house is located in a residential area, 10 min drive to the Pont de Pierre in Bordeaux, and 5 min to exit 24 of the Rocade. Ideal for a long stay or a comfortable stopover, 30 minutes from the vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Médoc. Ocean beaches are a 1-hour drive away. The house has a south-facing garden, shaded and not overlooked, accessible from the living room on the ground floor, the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.
