Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten, prämierten alten Bundwerk-Stadel von 1792. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer halben Stunde fußläufig bzw 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußweg führt am Inn entlang und ist gut mit Rädern zu befahren. Familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, Kunst und Kultur gibts im ganzen Chiemgau.. Wer eine sehr besondere Unterkunft sucht und Sinn für den Charme alter Dinge hat wird sich bei uns wohlfühlen.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Ecological holiday apartment in the Alps

Ideal gelegen, zwischen München und Salzburg ( je 45 Minuten), schnell zu erreichen und doch ruhig und mitten im Wald haben wir unsere alte Werkstatt in eine kleine Wohnung mit Bad und Küche verwandelt. Der Raum ist ca. 45 qm groß, in Lehmbauweise gestaltet und hat ein großes Sitzfenster zum Wald hinaus. Im Außenbereich können unsere Gäste nach Absprache die Feuerstelle nutzen. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatte.

The house is located on the outskirts in an enchanted garden where you can enjoy the day or cozy evenings either in the cool lounge or on the wooden terrace. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Cozy studio with a view of Salzburg

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
