Cozy quiet apartment on the upper floor in a central location of Schwenningen am Neckar. All possibilities for shopping, shopping or gastronomy within walking distance. The surroundings offer, among other things, the Neckar origin in the nature reserve with beautifully landscaped paths. The Black Forest is almost right outside the front door. Lake Constance can also be reached in 30 minutes by nearby highway. Lovers of historic city centers will find what they are looking for in Villingen and Rottweil.

As the oldest house in the city, the Nonnenhaus was built around 1400 and is one of the highlights of the old town. Until 1800, the nunnery was part of the monastery of Rottenburg and was inhabited by nuns. Less than 50 m to the bus stop, 100 m to the supermarket. Right next to St. Moriz Church in downtown Rottenburg.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.
