Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Modern, bright & centrally located apartment on Lake Starnberg: The 2-room apartment on 2 floors (ground floor & basement) with cosy south-west terrace (no garden!), renovated (03/24). The apartment "Hektor" is located in a beautiful residential area and is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located just outside Munich, making it the perfect starting point for all the sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

In-law apartment close to Munich & 5-lake region

Our elegant & cozy apartment (60 sqm), in a quiet location & close to the S-Bahn Gauting (S6) offers everything you need to enjoy your stay - whether you're on holiday in the beautiful 5-lakes region (Starnberger See 10 min, Ammersee 25 min) or are here on business. Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

A washing machine and a dryer. 3-minute walk to the nature reserve. Ideal for swimming in the summer! The S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk, 20 minutes to Munich

Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

Spacious self-contained apartment in the attic of a former farmhouse. Located between Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, Lake Wörthsee, Lake Pilsensee and Lake Weßling, in the middle of the 5-lake region. In the house is also the apartment of the landlords and an office. Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
