Our cozy, quiet 1-room apartment is located in the district of Bockelsberg close to the center. It offers the ideal combination of relaxation in the city and the nature. Downtown can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are only 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly expanded apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage facility for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

We rent out our apartment in Lauenburg an der Elbe. Lauenburg is the starting point for relaxing bike rides as well as close to the cities of Lüneburg, Hamburg and Lübeck. The apartment has a separate bedroom with wardrobe. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch for another child. For bicycles, our bicycle shed is available free of charge. The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated.
