Charming, modern apartment with exclusive amenities, in Bergedorf's enchanting villa district, overlooking the wonderful garden, south/ west facing position. An absolute haven of peace for relaxing, for starting an activity, or for working in peace. Surrounded by nature with the Sachsenwald, Bergedorf Castle, Bille hiking trails and waterways, and many restaurants, cafés and shops. Quick access to the city centre in 20 minutes, whether by S21 train or by car; the regional train runs once an hour and takes 12 minutes.

Bright apartment at Sachsenwald

We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Cozy carriage house with garden near Hamburg

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Separate small cottage

Cosy little cottage (Ernst-Braune-Straße) on our property in a residential area with children (aged 1, 8 and 10) on the neighbouring property. A house is being renovated. The cottage is suitable for 1 to 2 people (possibly 3 people, but only upon prior request). Bright, cozy apartment in the east of Hamburg

The flat is located on the top floor (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 motorways. The "Steinfurther Allee" underground station is also easily accessible on foot (10–12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then it's another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available. For longer stays, please enquire first.

Welcome to 10 square meters for "all-round well-being." Our lovingly furnished construction trailer "Helga Luise" stands on an apple meadow overlooking ponies and even more meadows. It has a great terrace with table, chairs, cozy beach chair and amazing views. Inside there is a 1.4 m x 2 m bed, a bunk bed (0.7 m x 1.4 m) for two children, sitting area, closet and a kitchen with fridge and induction cooktop.
