This apartment is particularly impressive for one thing: the magnificent panoramic view of the nearby mountains. But that's not all, because the spacious apartment on two floors is modern and high-quality. The whirlpool bathtub and the mostly pine beds invite you to relax. A baby bed and a high chair are available upon request. All rooms are flooded with light and, due to the location, particularly quiet. The house consists of three apartments spread over four floors. On each level there is at least one living/bedroom and/or living/dining room. We've rented many vacation apartments ourselves and have kept our own exacting standards in mind. We provide high-quality furnishings with many extras for which we do not charge separately at this time. There are no single rooms in the classical sense. But there are many different sleeping options: - In the attic: Room with two single beds, usable as a double bed (single mattresses, 90*190 with fixed base) Gallery with two single beds, usable as one double bed (single mattresses, 90*200) and a sofa, usable as a provisional mattress with two sleeping places (three or four places for children, depending on age) Bathroom with toilet, jacuzzi and washing machine Building services room (not accessible to guests) 2 beanbag chairs - Panoramic floors (3rd floor): Four-poster bed (two single mattresses, 90*200) Two sofas with up to two sleeping places each (innerspring mattress plus separate available mattress topper, bed surface approx. 110*200) Toilet Full bathroom with toilet Kitchen with dining table for about four people Living room with dining table for about ten people Two lounge chairs Each of the three apartments has its own access. The house has a locking system, so that combinations of apartments can also be booked and accessed with one key. Available almost anytime by phone or WhatsApp. In addition, we have a housekeeping team that is available for further services by arrangement and, if necessary, for a fee. The nearest neighbors live about 200 meters away, the town of Alpirsbach itself only begins after about 700 meters. The house is wonderfully secluded on a southern slope in the forest overlooking the Kinzigtal. By car and train you can arrive wonderfully, both in the south and north directions easily accessible. Experience it yourself, pictures cannot really reproduce the unique atmosphere in the middle of the forest and view of the Kinzigtal 1:1. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Retro Revivalist Apartment with Balcony

Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Exclusive with sauna in the idyllic Feissenhof

The guests have the entire middle floor at their complete disposal. The lower floor is temporarily occupied by the owner as long as no guests are present. In addition, the entire property (approx. 1 hectare) is available. This is completely fenced. There is also a swimming pond, which invites you to swim in the summer. The wood-heated bathtub and barrel sauna are also exclusively available for the guests. The apartment and the entire property are entirely yours. If you have any questions, I am reachable by phone. It may happen that necessary work is carried out in the garden (e.g. snow removal). The small town of Schönwald with 2400 inhabitants is in the heart of the Black Forest. It is one of the most idyllic corners of this natural paradise and is known for its pleasant climate. The Feissenhof is located just under two kilometers outside Schönwald. In Schönwald you will find all the facilities for your daily needs and the tourist information. In the northern neighboring village of Triberg are Germany's highest waterfalls as well as a train station with connection to the Black Forest Railway.
