In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.
