Cozy, nice, apartment. Clean, well furnished, in a good location. It felt like being at home. Pablo and Paula were super friendly and helpful in recommendations and accommodating our needs. Great experience! Warmly recommended!

It was all described as I said. An attention of 10 and responds quickly to anything. The apartment was very good and there was nothing missing.

Everything was great. The house is impeccable, everything is clean as shown on the website. Somewhat expensive for the distance that separates the house from the center, but in general, the service, the cleanliness and everything else, very good. Highly recommended

I have to say..that if you are looking for a place to rest for a few days.. do not think more ..this apartment is very comfortable and flirtatious.. has all the amenities you need.. and some very yyyy comfortable bathrooms.. in which to take a relaxing shower...I liked them a lot.. the kitchen has everything you need .. you can prepare a very rich coffee. the host..very kind.. attentive for everything I needed.. It is close to everything.. it is not necessary to take the car.. We really liked the detail of arriving..and having a bottle of cold water in the fridge..and fresh milk too. Highly recommended.

The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. Daniel has been attentive to us at all times and recommended activities and places to visit. The house was very clean and tidy and there was no lack of detail. Our stay was unbeatable.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended if you like rural and quiet areas. A very comfortable and spacious stay. The outside is beautifully kept and the house is very complete. We had an issue with the heater, and we received a very quick, attentive and close response by the owners, who immediately came home to fix the problem. They also left us welcome breakfast. You can park the car in front of the door, under the porch, if you want (going down a steep slope). There is hydromassage, but no shower plate (access to the bathtub may not be suitable for anyone). In general, a highly recommended stay.

The place is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Very comfortable and with all amenities.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

A impeccable stay, both for the place and the owners. We were treated very kindly, they were clear with the instructions and provided to help us at all times. To be honest, no complaints on my part Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Lorena was always attentive and communicated frequently. The bass is in the old town, very close to restaurants and bars and places to visit. But impossible to circulate and park the car. There is something to leave it in parking .
