The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Small (about 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be changed into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no satellite reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account necessary)

The centrally located 3-room apartment is a place where you immediately feel at home. It is equipped with everything your heart desires and perfectly located. Both the S-Bahn, as well as the lake and supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries are within easy walking distance. You can also quickly reach the A96 Munich/Lindau by car. Ich biete mein teilrenoviertes Haus zur Miete an. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer Seitenstraße. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Puchheim erreicht man in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Zur Stadtmitte / München Marienplatz braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Ein privater Autostellplatz ist Verfügbar. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im OG. Im EG gibt es ein Gäste WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, welches aber gerade noch renoviert wird.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
