The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Welcome to the residence! This house offers 6 comfortable bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms – ideal for families, groups or business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area create a relaxed atmosphere. In the sauna you can relax after an active day. Lake Chiemsee invites you to swim, sail and cycle. Hiking trails and ski resorts offer adventures in all seasons. Gut Ising attracts with golf, tennis and horse riding facilities.

Thea holiday apartment, Chiemsee

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60m²) is located in a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafes and of course the Chiemsee are within a few minutes' walk. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there, you can reach the semi-shady terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a large double bed and a wardrobe.

Snuggle into the cozy box-spring bed or relax in the sauna with a large relaxation room!

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.
