Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

Excellent winter residence (12 weeks). Ability to use the garage was very important (bicycles and golf equipment) and it worked wonderfully. Highly recommend this property for a week, or a month, or 3 months!!! Hope to be back next winter!!! Erika

very quiet, clean, comfortable overall. spacious huge backyard with birds and nature everywhere. Quietest street I believe I've ever stayed on. I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

This is the perfect location to stay if you’re visiting Durham or any of the surrounding cities. It is very close to lots of restaurants and even Duke’s campus if you want to catch a game!

Great place to stay for my cat and I as we were driving down to Sc for our move! Super easy to find and loved being able to have off street parking! Totally worth it!

We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

Great location, love the balcony and the view! Bed very comfortable... my Google maps did have trouble finding the complex...I had to look at the map to figure it out but was fine once I did that! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

We stayed at Brent’s place for a couple days. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and the location is great! The apartment is in a converted old tobacco factory making it very cool and funky! Brent responded quickly to any questions we had and he gave wonderful restaurant recommendations! We plan on staying here again on our next visit to Durham!

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!
