The apartment is located in the Ammergauer Alps, right at the foot of the Hörnle Mountain. The hiking trail starts at just 50 meters away. The nearby Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castles are impressive attractions in the surrounding area. You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

The place with its shops is only 10 minutes away and yet you are completely on your own. It is ideal for 4 people, with 6 people possible - but then it becomes cuddly. Above the meadow is a reservoir in which bathing is officially prohibited (for liability reasons), but in which everyone can bathe (thus at their own risk).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The big terrace with magnificent mountain views offer garden furniture to eat and relax. For the children, there is a slide, a fence keeps small children at the house.
