The 23 newly renovated apartment for 1 to 4 people offers a spacious living room with double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and south-facing balcony, as well as the bedroom with double bed, sink and south-east balcony ensure your relaxation. You dine in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious and cozy dining area and south-east balcony. There is also a bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and additional large built-in closet are available.

Das offene Dachgeschoss Appartement mit 50 m2 (komplett ausgestattet) liegt zentral, nahe dem Kurpark, dem Kongresszentrum, der Fußgängerzone und unweit zum Bahnhof. Wanderungen können von hier gestartet werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker etc. in 3-5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Deckenhöhe ist teilweise erniedrigt. Große Personen sind eingeschränkt!! Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Our apartments are individually and modernly equipped in an alpine style and, in addition to a wonderful view, have every comfort.

HoffmannsNest Garmisch is located in a quiet location in the district of Garmisch. The local mountain and the city center are a 10-minute walk away. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. The apartment was newly equipped in September 2019 and has TV and Wi-Fi. A bus stop is close by. From here you can make beautiful trips to the entire uplands. The small kitchen invites you to relax with breakfast and more.
